Persona 4 Revival Really Could Be Out in the Next 12 Months

It’s looking more and more likely that a remake of Persona 4 will be released within the next year. The game has just received an age rating in Korea, which often happens shortly before a game’s launch.

So, Gematsu found some updates that hint at a new LEGO game – it looks like it’s called LEGO Skylines and is being made by Paradox Interactive. They also saw age ratings pop up for a game called Gears of War: E-Day, which I hadn’t even heard of! It’s cool to see what’s coming up, even if it’s a surprise like that Gears of War title.

Based on recent information, including hints from Funko Pop! collectibles and reports about a support studio finishing up a project, it looks like Persona 4 Revival will likely be released in early 2027.

Games typically receive age ratings shortly before they are released to the public, and this timing supports the expectation of a launch in early 2027.

The remake of Persona 4, titled Persona 4 Revival, was initially announced in June 2025 with a very short teaser, suggesting it was in the early stages of development. Atlus has promised to share more details this year, and with Summer Game Fest approaching, many fans believe we’ll see a new look at the game either during Geoff Keighley’s show or at the Xbox Games Showcase.

I discovered the Persona series with Persona 5, and I’m excited to finally experience what many dedicated fans say is the greatest game in the series. I really enjoyed Persona 3 Reload, and I hope the next installment captures that same magic.
