Frontier Developments just released a new trailer for their upcoming game, Planet Zoo 2, which shows off actual gameplay for the first time. You can watch it below!
Planet Zoo 2 aims to expand on everything players enjoyed in the original game. Expect more building options and a wide variety of new animals, each requiring unique and carefully designed habitats.
Planet Zoo 2 won’t just feature land animals – you’ll also be able to care for creatures that fly and swim! Some of the exciting new additions include Toco Toucans, Secretary Birds, Blacktip Reef Sharks, and Hawksbill Turtles. To help you look after these animals, the game will offer new tools focused on keeping them safe, healthy, and supporting conservation efforts.
The highly anticipated game, Planet Zoo 2, will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S starting October 13th. Announced just last month, the game’s trailer revealed the release date and exciting new features – players will now be able to care for both aquatic animals and birds.
In addition to building zoos, players can also develop Wildlife Reserves. These begin as conservation efforts and grow into complete habitats that can be placed anywhere globally. Wildlife Reserves are designed as long-term projects for players as they manage their zoos and animals.
