Capcom recently shared a new gameplay trailer for *Pragmata*, their upcoming sci-fi shooter. While we still don’t know when the game will be released, the trailer offered a better look at the weapons and suspenseful hacking challenges players can expect. You can watch it below.
One of the most interesting new weapons is a close-combat tool used to finish off enemies. The gameplay still features the satisfying combination of Diana hacking enemies to reveal their vulnerabilities, then Hugh destroying them. When you’re not in combat, you can upgrade Diana’s hacking abilities in the Shelter, allowing her to do things like reduce enemy armor or target multiple enemies simultaneously.
Pragmata is scheduled to release in 2026 on Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and PC. Fans at Tokyo Game Show 2025 will have a chance to play a demo version, so keep an eye out for gameplay footage and first impressions soon. You can find a longer gameplay clip, including a boss battle, here. Plus, a developer interview dives into the game’s story.
