I’ve been reading up on what everyone’s expecting from this week’s State of Play, and while I’m excited, I’m pretty sure we won’t be seeing Marvel’s Wolverine. It’s safe to say that one’s not going to be featured, at least not this time around!
So, I was checking Insomniac’s social media, and someone asked them when we’d finally hear more about Logan and the new game they’re working on. I’m right there with that person – I’m dying for updates!
Its response? “Spring 2026”.
Okay, so it looks like we’re not getting a new look at this game this week. Spring doesn’t really start until late March, and that means the next update won’t be coming until then. Sadly, that means it won’t be featured in the upcoming State of Play. Guess I’ll have to be patient!
With the new superhero game planned for release later this year, Sony has ample opportunity to generate excitement. We anticipate it will launch before GTA 6 in November, potentially creating a very strong finish to 2026 for the PS5.
