Quentin Tarantino’s First Major Movie Role In 30 Years Gets First Look As Star Trek Actors Reunite

The first images have been released of a new film featuring Quentin Tarantino, marking his first significant acting role in three decades.

For over thirty years, films directed by Quentin Tarantino, such as Pulp Fiction and Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood, have consistently earned high praise and recognition. Though famous as a groundbreaking director, Tarantino has also acted. He often makes brief appearances in his own movies, but his most significant acting role was as Richard Gecko in Robert Rodriguez’s 1996 film, From Dusk till Dawn.

Deadline recently shared a first look at Only What We Carry, a new drama film featuring Quentin Tarantino. Simon Pegg and Sofia Boutella, who previously co-starred in Star Trek Beyond, are reuniting as Julian Johns and Charlotte Levant. Julian is a reclusive, once-influential art director, and Charlotte is a former dancer who disrupts his life when she enters it. Tarantino plays Julian’s publisher and resides at the château where Julian is writing his memoir. You can see a photo of Julian and Charlotte sharing a laugh below.
