ININ Games and Tozai Games have just released a new trailer and screenshots for R-Type Dimension III. They offer a fresh look at the game’s updated visuals, including improvements to lighting, effects, and animations, as the game nears completion.
The video showcases both the traditional gameplay of R-Type and its updated visuals, and players can instantly switch between the two styles while playing.
ININ Games also announced that the Switch 2 version of the game will come on a physical game card, meaning you’ll have the complete game right away without needing to download anything.
The game R-Type Dimension III will be released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, and PC (through Steam) in May.
