Razzies 2026 nominations

It’s time for the Razzies 2026….

Here’s those Razzies 2026 nominations…..

Here’s a list of films considered among the worst: “The Electric State,” “Hurry Up Tomorrow,” the upcoming “Snow White” (scheduled for 2025), “Star Trek: Section 31,” and the 2025 remake of “War of the Worlds.”

Here are some of the worst acting performances of the year: Dave Bautista in “In the Lost Lands”, Ice Cube in “War of the Worlds”, Scott Eastwood in “Alarum”, Jared Leto in “Tron: Ares”, and Abel “The Weeknd” Tesfaye in “Hurry Up Tomorrow”.

Here’s a look at some actresses and the films that received negative attention: Ariana DeBose for “Love Hurts,” Milla Jovovich for “In the Lost Lands,” Natalie Portman for “Fountain of Youth,” Rebel Wilson for “Bride Hard,” and Michelle Yeoh for “Star Trek: Section 31.”

Here are some of the most disappointing recent remakes, sequels, or rip-offs: “I Know What You Did Last Summer” (2025), “Five Nights at Freddy’s 2”, the 2025 remake of “Smurfs”, and the 2025 version of “Snow White”, along with the 2025 remake of “War of the Worlds”.

Here’s a look at some of the worst supporting actress performances: Anna Chlumsky in “Bride Hard”, Ema Horvath in “The Strangers: Chapter 2”, Scarlet Rose Stallone in “Gunslingers”, Kacey Rohl in “Star Trek: Section 31”, and Isis Valverde in “Alarum”.

Okay, so the competition for Worst Supporting Actor this year is rough. Honestly, I’m torn between all the guys, but I think the seven artificial dwarfs in the new “Snow White” movie take the cake – it’s just… a lot. Nicolas Cage is always a strong contender for anything ‘over the top’, and “Gunslingers” looked pretty bad. But Stephen Dorff in “Bride Hard” and Greg Kinnear in “Off the Grid” were genuinely painful to watch. Still, I’m leaning towards the dwarfs, or maybe Sylvester Stallone in “Alarum” if you want pure, unadulterated badness. It’s a tough call, really!

Here are some potentially disastrous movie pairings and director choices, according to our predictions:

Worst On-Screen Combinations:
All Seven Dwarfs with the new “Snow White” (2025)
James Corden & Rihanna in “Smurfs” (2025)
Ice Cube attempting a movie via Zoom in “War of the Worlds” (2025)
Robert De Niro playing both Frank and Vito in “The Alto Knights”
The Weeknd and his overwhelming ego in “Hurry Up Tomorrow”

Worst Directors:
Rich Lee – “War of the Worlds” (2025)
Olatunde Osunsanmi – “Star Trek: Section 31”
The Russo Brothers – “The Electric State”
Trey Edward Shults – “Hurry Up Tomorrow”
Marc Webb – “Snow White” (2025)

Here are some of the year’s weakest screenplays: “The Electric State,” written by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, based on the book by Simon Stalenhag; “Hurry Up Tomorrow” by Trey Edward Shults, Abel Tesfaye, and Reza Fahim; “Snow White” (scheduled for 2025), with a screenplay by Erin Cressida Wilson and many others, inspired by the Brothers Grimm fairy tale; “Star Trek: Section 31,” scripted by Craig Sweeny from an idea by Bo Yeon Kim & Erika Lippoldt; and “War of the Worlds” (2025), with a story and script by Kenny Golde and Marc Hyman, based on the novel by H.G. Wells.
