Ready or Not 2 trailer arrives…

The 2019 horror film ‘Ready or Not’ was a surprisingly big success, earning $57 million despite only costing $6 million to make. Now, the trailer for the sequel – officially titled ‘Ready or Not 2: Here I Come’ – has been released.

So what’s the Ready or Not 2 trailer about?

Picking up right after a brutal attack by the Le Domas family, Grace finds herself in a new, terrifying round of the game. This time, her sister Faith is with her. Grace must fight to survive, protect Faith, and seize control of the powerful Council that governs everything. Four competing families are after the throne, and the winner will rule the world.

Who’s in it?

Samara Weaving, known for her roles in Ready or Not and Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, is back as Grace in the sequel READY OR NOT 2: HERE I COME. Directors Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett, who also worked on Ready or Not and Scream VI, return for this installment. Joining the cast is Kathryn Newton (Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania), Sarah Michelle Gellar (Cruel Intentions, Buffy the Vampire Slayer), Shawn Hatosy (The Pitt), and Elijah Wood (The Monkey). Néstor Carbonell (The Dark Knight), Kevin Durand (Abigail), and David Cronenberg (The Fly) also star. The script is written by Guy Busick (Abigail, Scream) and R. Christopher Murphy (Castle Rock), and the film is produced by Tripp Vinson, James Vanderbilt, Bradley J. Fischer, and William Sherak.

The film will be in cinemas on 20th March 2026
