Tarsier Studios, known for its excellent psychological horror games, is back with a new title called Reanimal. We were really impressed with the game, and the recent trailer perfectly showcases its spooky and exciting atmosphere.
If you haven’t heard of Reanimal, it’s a mysterious adventure where you play as The Boy (or The Girl in co-op) trying to find their missing friends. But escaping with them won’t be easy, as they’ll face terrifying enemies along the way.
Tarsier is optimistic about how well the game will do, and they’re planning to release the first part of a three-part expansion called Expanded World in Summer 2026. This expansion will add to the existing gameplay. The game is especially fun to play with friends, offering both online and local co-op options from the start.
This game is really meant to be played with a friend, but you can also play by yourself! If you choose to go solo, the game’s AI will control your second character. You can find it on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Nintendo Switch 2.
