A week after revealing “Resident Evil: Survival Unit” for Android and iOS devices, Aniplex, JoyCity, and Capcom have now initiated pre-registrations for the game on Google Play and App Store. The game is scheduled to be released globally in Japan, Korea, various Asian countries, and North America by the end of this year.
In addition to opening up pre-registrations, these companies have given detailed explanations about what playing Resident Evil: Survival Unit will involve. This upcoming strategy game is set in a timeline separate from the mainline Resident Evil series and is expected to incorporate multiplayer elements as well.
In the beginning, the character finds themselves awakening in a puzzling hospital, where they’ve been experimented on by Umbrella Corporation. As the narrative unfolds, players uncover the secrets surrounding Umbrella and strive to break free. This fresh storyline, set within the world of Resident Evil, will also bring back familiar faces from the series.
As a thrilled player, I’ll get the exciting opportunity to establish my own luxurious mansion base after making my daring escape. This lavish abode can be enhanced as I progress deeper into the game. Charismatic characters like Leon Kennedy, Claire Redfield, and Jill Valentine will make appearances within my sanctuary. Additionally, a merchant will be on hand, allowing me to acquire new weapons and crucial equipment for my upcoming missions whenever necessary.
As I progress through the game, I’ll find myself engaging in intense clashes with formidable beasts. In these encounters, I’ll need to strategically employ my unique skills, along with those of my comrades, leading up to heart-pounding, real-time confrontations that demand quick thinking and precision.
