Dorit Kemsley is saying “yes” to life.
But does that “yes” include returning for many more seasons of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills?
Dorit Kemsley, who filed for divorce from PK Kemsley in April 2025, recently shared with TopMob News that she’s learned things can change quickly. She said she’s feeling open to new possibilities and is enjoying a period of creativity and positive conversations.
Dorit, who has been a regular on the Bravo show since 2016, is happy to start filming again after a difficult season 15. However, she also knows she’ll eventually leave the show when she feels the time is right.
At 49, I’m starting a fresh, peaceful, and happy phase of my life, filled with new experiences. I believe this new chapter will help me decide if I should keep moving forward or take a step back.
Dorit is keeping her diamond safe while she finishes writing her debut memoir, titled Unburdened.
The mother of Jagger, 12, and Phoenix, 10, said she’s thrilled her book is being released on June 2nd. She’s especially looking forward to meeting fans at book signings and on the book tour, and is fully enjoying this special time.
Dorit candidly shares her life story in the book, covering everything from her childhood in Connecticut to the ups and downs of being a Housewife and, of course, the difficult end of her ten-year marriage to PK.

She admitted she wasn’t ready before, but it wasn’t because she still had feelings for her ex, PK. She was simply focused on other priorities. Now, though, she’s looking forward to finding love again.
“It’s a very important part of this journey,” she added, “and I feel like it’s in the near future.”

She said coparenting with her ex is constantly changing and adapting.
We’ve been making some progress, but then facing setbacks, almost like taking one step forward and nine steps back,” Dorit explained. “I’m really hoping we can find a consistent pattern and focus on what truly matters from now on.
Looking ahead, the Bravolebrity is finally ready to start dating again.
Dorit admitted she’s finally feeling ready for what’s next. She said it’s happening soon, and that she’s spent the past two years focusing intensely on caring for and protecting her children while she dealt with her own personal struggles.

She admitted she wasn’t ready for a relationship before, but it wasn’t because she still had feelings for her ex, PK. She was simply focused on other priorities. Now, though, she’s eager to find love again.

Bravo’s show about Washington D.C. featured four women—Mary Amons, Lynda Erkiletian, Cat Ommanney, and Stacie Scott Turner—who didn’t exactly make a lasting impression. And then there was one woman so eager for attention that she actually crashed a party at the White House. We’ll be talking about her a bit later.

Who?

Vaguely familiar, but…

Once upon a time, DeShawn starred on the same TV show as NeNe Leakes. Surprising, we know.

This one-season Housewife brought nothing to the Orange County table.

The newest cast member on The Real Housewives of Utah had a dramatic and short-lived run on the show. In January 2022, Jennie was let go after old, offensive Facebook posts with racially insensitive content were discovered online. While she later apologized, the show decided to terminate her contract.

Her defining trait was “cougar.”

Dr. Jen wasn’t known for causing trouble during season 16, and her short-lived marital issues with her husband, Ryne, weren’t very exciting. But we’ll always remember when she got noticeably drunk on wine at the Dubrows’ dinner party—it was a strange night, but definitely memorable!

The nurse anesthetist’s first season was a disaster, best remembered by the embarrassing incident now known as “Esophagus-gate.”

Katie frequently discussed her charitable efforts, but didn’t offer much else when filming. She seemed to appear briefly and then didn’t really engage with the other cast members as a friend. And leaving the cast’s group trip early? That’s a major breach of etiquette for a reality show cast member.

Charrisse is mostly remembered for her highly publicized marital issues during her two seasons on the show, as well as her famously lavish champagne room.

A one-and-done Housewife, Shamari was at least fun?

Although it was refreshing to see some diversity on The Real Housewives of Orange County, Peggy became a difficult cast member in season 12. She frequently started strange arguments, often over misunderstandings of simple words, and her refusal to participate in activities – like spending a whole day alone in her room during the Iceland trip – showed she wasn’t suited for the show’s lifestyle.

Nneka’s first season on the show focused on a surprising and dramatic conflict: she accused Wendy Osefo’s mother of witchcraft. It’s a shame they didn’t connect over their Nigerian heritage instead of being stuck in this unresolved dispute. We hoped to see them bond, but the storyline took a different turn.

Noella brought a lot of energy to season 16 of the show. Although viewers sympathized with her personal difficulties – her husband, James, unexpectedly filed for divorce just before filming began – it was her ongoing conflict with Heather Dubrow that kept her from being seen as the least interesting cast member. Perhaps with more time on the show, viewers will connect with Noella.

It’s rare to see a Real Housewife’s reputation decline so quickly. One season she was a peacemaker, and the next she was making constant complaints – even over a cake – and falsely accusing others of anti-Semitism, effectively ending her time on the show.

It seemed like Amber and her husband, Jim, were acting out of desperation. And Jim, in particular, seemed much more caught up in the drama than she was, which didn’t look good for either of them.

Okay, so with Karent… honestly, all I really know is she was a dentist. And the weirdest thing? Apparently, nobody on set could stand her! It’s just… next, onto the next contestant, I guess. I need to know more about this drama, though!

This was a real person with a show on Bravo. We promise.

Jules was only on RHONY for one season, so it’s hard to place her higher on a ranking list. Still, she definitely brought the drama during her time on the show.

It’s rare for a new cast member to be disliked so quickly, but Amanda Francis, who joined The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in season 15, immediately rubbed many Bravo viewers the wrong way.
Amanda, a financial advisor who calls herself the “Money Queen,” didn’t make a good impression on either her fellow cast members or viewers. People were turned off by her focus on possessions and the unreliable financial guidance she offered.
What really showed she wasn’t suited for the show was her unwillingness to argue or confront the other women. Being a Housewife is a tough role, and it’s not for everyone.

So unnecessary they couldn’t even get individual taglines.

Similar to her colleague Sara Al Madani, Nina was a successful Arab woman who skillfully balanced a modern lifestyle with her cultural heritage. She generally stayed out of the season’s conflicts and, at times, was less noticeable than her more outgoing co-stars.

Taleen joined the second season of RHODubai and made a positive impression, but it’s hard to fully evaluate her after just one season on the show.

Angel’s time on the show was a complete disaster. As the wife of former NFL player Bobby Massie, she struggled throughout season 10, constantly failing to connect with the other, more established cast members who seemed to enjoy watching her attempts fall flat.
Even though things didn’t go perfectly, it’s quite a story that her glamping trip in Colorado resulted in the whole group getting lost and having to eat gas station food.
Definitely a first for the Housewives.

Although she appeared on seasons 11 and 12 of America’s Next Top Model, this reality TV personality didn’t make a significant impact on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, except for being visibly pregnant throughout her time on the show. She did, however, deliver a memorable confrontation with Marlo Hampton while in Tokyo.

Generally, we like to see how a new Housewife does over at least one full season before ranking them highly. But Katie made a huge impact right away on season 18 of RHOC, immediately challenging veteran Housewife Heather Dubrow. It’s bold to question someone like Ms. Fancypants!

To be frank, Stephanie didn’t really impress us. Although she had the potential to be a great Housewife thanks to her wealth, we didn’t like how she constantly used her private jet to try and control the other women on the show during season seven. It just left a bad taste in our mouths.
Maybe Steph can redeem herself if she returns for season eight.

Sara was known for being optimistic and positive, which made her a joy to be around, though things were usually quite calm around her—except for the time she gave co-star Caroline Brooks some unsolicited parenting advice. More importantly, she challenged common ideas about modern Muslim women in the Middle East, and that’s something to be celebrated.

The new cast members on season 13 of RHONJ quickly fell into the familiar pattern of Garden State housewives, getting caught up in a season-long argument over a trivial matter – something even Andy Cohen admitted was pointless. Sadly, they didn’t offer much more depth in season 14 either.
