Rumour: Persona 4 Revival Release Date Narrowed Down to Early 2027

So, I’m hearing a lot of buzz that Persona 4 Golden might finally be getting a proper revival around early 2027, which honestly sounds about right considering how things are going. But, I’ve gotta say, the sources reporting this aren’t the most reliable – it’s all a bit shaky, you know?

This information comes from the latest financial report by Tose, a Japanese game development company thought to be playing a major role in the remake of Persona 4.

The report details several projects and their expected completion dates. Some Persona fans believe a project called ‘Project C’ is actually a remake of Persona 4, fueled by a leak that surfaced last year.

Tose’s reported schedule aligns with a previous leak that suggested Persona 4 Revival Funko figures pointed to a release in early 2027.

Tose reports that Project C is nearing completion and should be finished by the end of August. If all goes according to plan, that would give Atlus several months to polish the game and release it in early 2027.

As we’ve mentioned, this interpretation is uncertain. It involves connecting a few separate ideas, but we don’t really know how Atlus thinks or operates, so it’s mostly speculation.

Even though it’s just a rumor, it’s worth looking into because there’s a surprising amount of evidence that seems to fit together at first glance.

The Xbox Games Showcase is scheduled for June 7th, and we’re expecting to see Persona 4 Revival there. It’s reasonable to think they’ll also announce when the game will be released.

It’s been almost a year since we first heard about Persona 4 Revival, and we haven’t seen anything new since. The next update will likely be a big reveal, showing off a lot of gameplay and details.

What are your thoughts on this? Would you be excited if Persona 4 Revival came out next year? Let us know in the comments!
