While it’s currently unconfirmed, reports suggest Starfield might be released on PS5 in April.
The role-playing game, which was originally only available on Xbox, is coming to PlayStation on April 7th. This date was rumored a few weeks ago, and now it’s been confirmed by the trustworthy Dealabs.
The publication also suggests Starfield might be cheaper on PS5. While it originally cost $70 on Xbox and PC in 2023, the PS5 version is reportedly priced around £44.99, which is approximately $50.
Pre-orders will start sometime this month, and we’ll also learn more about the PlayStation 5 version of the game and its big 2.0 update then.
So, I heard from Todd Howard at Bethesda that this new update for the game isn’t going to be a massive overhaul. Basically, he’s saying don’t expect it to completely fix everything that people have been complaining about – we should keep our expectations realistic.
We can only imagine that an official announcement, or even some kind of showcase, is imminent.
