Rylan Clark has reacted to the news that Emma Willis, Josh Widdicombe, and Johannes Radebe will be the new presenters of Strictly Come Dancing.
After Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman announced they were leaving the show last year, Clark was mentioned as a possible replacement.
Clark publicly confirmed on Tuesday, May 19th, that he was competing. He then congratulated Willis, Radebe, and Winkleman on Instagram, calling their achievements his ‘biggest congrats’.
I didn’t make the cut this time, but I’m really thankful for the opportunity to have been considered. I’m excited to watch the new season with the three of you!
He playfully claimed he was handling the news okay, then shared a clip of himself crying on The X Factor in 2012 when Nicole Scherzinger announced he was moving forward in the competition.
