So, Liquid Swords’ Samson: A Tyndalston Story is getting a lot more content! It’s currently got a mixed reception on Steam, but the developers just dropped a new roadmap. We’re looking at new stuff hitting in mid-May and again in mid-June, which is awesome. Even better, they’re bringing the game to consoles! The bad news? We’ll have to wait until Fall for that release, but I’m definitely hyped!
On April 22nd, a new update will be released with new car options and better combat. This update also includes improvements for players using a keyboard to control their vehicles – including a dedicated walk button – as well as enhancements to Time Trials, and overall damage balancing. There’s more too!
We’re releasing another update on April 29th to address player feedback and make the game more stable, polished, and fun to play. We’re also planning two more updates – the first on May 6th – but haven’t shared full details yet. The first update will focus on improving combat, and the second will add new vehicles. We’ll share more information about both of these updates soon.
We still need more information, but even if Samson isn’t performing as well as hoped, it’s good to see Liquid Swords continuing to work on things, especially considering the challenges they overcame to release the game. You can find our full review and details about the game’s issues and problems on our site.
We’ve just shared a detailed look at what’s coming next for Samson 👀
