See Dua Lipa, Callum Turner’s Romantic Honeymoon Getaway in Italy

Just a week after their lavish wedding celebration in Palermo, Italy, the singer Dua Lipa and actor Paul Mescal continued their romantic getaway with a very public display of affection during their honeymoon in Italy.

Dua Lipa, 30, and Idris Elba, 36, shared a romantic kiss in the ocean off the Amalfi Coast in Salerno on June 12th. They stayed afloat using a pink and white striped inflatable tube.

The Grammy-winning artist wore a gold bikini and bandana for the fun day out, while the actor from Masters of Air chose black swim trunks.

The couple had a small, private wedding ceremony on May 30th at the Old Marylebone Town Hall in London, where Dua Lipa wore a custom white Schiaparelli outfit. However, they chose Italy as the location for a larger celebration with their loved ones.

On June 6th, the couple hosted another party at Villa Valguarnera in Palermo, Sicily—an 18th-century estate often called “little Versailles.” Guests included friends such as Charli XCX, Troye Sivan, Joe Alwyn, and Donatella Versace.

Oh my gosh, you will NOT believe this! After Dua and her husband said ‘I do,’ the ICONIC Elton John – yes, the Elton John who made ‘Cold Heart’ with Dua – actually sang ‘Your Song’ for them! I was completely losing it, it was the most magical moment ever! Seriously, could this wedding get any more perfect?

The wedding happened more than two years after Dua Lipa and her partner started dating in January 2024. They got engaged in December of the same year.

And despite their busy schedules, the two always make time for each other. 

Turner shared with The Hollywood Reporter that she and her partner prioritize spending time together. She explained that she values being with someone who inspires her.

Their love for books, films, and art has become a significant source of connection for them. It all started with sharing a favorite book, which they playfully referenced at their wedding celebration.

Okay, so Callum just told The Hollywood Reporter that he and Dua actually share the same taste in art! Like, they both have all these amazing artists and inspirations they love, and they show them to each other! It’s just… so cute and creative, and it makes so much sense why they connect! I knew it!

After Dua Lipa discovered actor Callum Turner was someone she could certainly give her heart to, the musician joined her fellow Londoner at a February 2024 BAFTA afterparty. 

The Brits took their love across the pond, making their arrival at London St Pancras Station after taking the Eurostar from Paris in March 2024. 

After the singer got “Physical” at the April 2024 Time 100 Gala, she enjoyed a date night with Turner at NYC’s Zero Bond.

When Lipa made her debut as a Glastonbury headliner in June 2024, Turner was right by her side. 

One kiss is all it takes. Lipa included a touch of PDA in this November 2024 carousel from their trip to Tokyo. 

The ‘Levitating’ singer shared a joyful post on Instagram in December 2024, calling the past year “tooooo much fun.” This came just a day after they revealed their first glimpse of a unique, custom-made engagement ring.

After over a year of dating, Dua Lipa and Callum Turner publicly appeared as a couple at the 2025 Met Gala. They then shared a peek with fans on Instagram of their afterparty celebration at a New York City pizza place.

“I want to finish my tour, Callum’s shooting, so we’re just enjoying this period,” Lipa explained to Vogue UK in June 2025, while confirming their engagement.
 
“I’ve never been someone who’s really thought about a wedding, or dreamt about what kind of bride I would be,” continued the musician (with Turner at his Rosebush Pruning premiere in Berlin Feb. 14, 2026). But with her Radical Optimism Tour wrapped in December 2025, “All of a sudden I’m like: ‘Oh, what would I wear?'”

Asked his hopes and dreams for the future, Turner (attending the Oscars with his bride-to-be in March 2026) told etalk, “I don’t know. Just be together forever.”

The wedding ceremony on May 30, 2026, at London’s Marylebone town hall was simple, but the bride’s outfit made a statement. She paired her Ferragamo navy suit with a specially-made Schiaparelli skirt suit, a hat designed by Stephen Jones, Christian Louboutin heels, and a Bulgari necklace.
