
Sergio Leone’s classic crime film, Once Upon a Time in America, came out 42 years ago, and now a new movie will explore the story behind it.
According to Variety, Leone Film Group is creating a film about the making of Once Upon a Time in America. Raffaella Leone, Sergio Leone’s daughter, explained that the movie will focus on “the story of a man dedicated to a lifelong dream—or, specifically, someone who spent 15 years making a film and didn’t pursue anything else until it was finished—and it will be told with my father’s signature sense of humor.”
