Spirit Crossing adds PC version

After recently becoming independent from Netflix, game developer Spry Fox has announced that their relaxing online game, Spirit Crossing, will be released on PC through Steam in early 2026.

The game Spirit Crossing is now available for testing on both iOS (through the App Store with TestFlight) and Android (through Google Play). While Netflix will continue to publish the mobile versions of the game, Spry Fox will handle publishing for the PC version.

Here is an overview of the game, via Spry Fox:

Spirit Crossing is a relaxing online game where you can connect with friends and express your creativity in a stunning, ever-changing world. You can enjoy simple activities like farming, fishing competitions, or just taking in the scenery, whether you’re with friends or enjoying some quiet time alone.

When you start playing, you’ll be placed in a Waystation – a lively community that players create together by contributing resources and helping each other. You can visit other players’ Waystations and team up for fun activities like gathering resources, dancing, or creating art. Or, you can explore the world and play at your own speed.

Spirit Crossing focuses on building relationships with other players. As you become friends, you’ll unlock new ways to interact, like voice chat, shared emotes, instant teleportation to each other, and the ability to give gifts. The game also lets you express yourself through customizable housing and avatars, allowing you to create a unique space and character.

As you explore, you’ll meet adorable little square bears, intriguing villagers, and lost spirits who need your help. By being patient and kind, you’ll earn their trust, and they’ll share their stories and give you gifts in return.
