Stassi Schroeder has always been ride or f–king die for goat cheese balls and her white wine.
Relationships, particularly those that have played out on reality TV for years, can be tricky. That’s why Stassi shared that she and her Vanderpump Rules costar, Katie Maloney, recently experienced a difficult period in their friendship.
She revealed in a recent Marie Claire interview, published on April 27th, that they hadn’t spoken for years after a disagreement. They are now working to rebuild their friendship, having both changed and grown in separate ways.
Most fans will likely be surprised by this news. Despite over ten years of friendship, Stassi and Katie kept their falling out private, with only subtle hints like less interaction on social media or fewer public appearances.
This is a big change from her time on Vanderpump Rules, where drama often involved shouting, thrown drinks, and even physical altercations. It reflects where Stassi is now, at 37 years old. Fans will get a glimpse of this newer side of Stassi when her new Hulu series, House of Stassi, premieres on July 29.
Stassi explained that the show explores what happens to friendships as people get older and make different life choices. She noted that it looks at how those diverging paths impact relationships and whether those friends can reconnect later on, and that Katie is also part of the series.
She also wanted the show to be grounded in what feels like an attainable reality.

“People are really craving something honest and relatable, not just stories about reaching for impossible goals or focusing on negativity,” she explained. “This is a true reflection of what it’s like to come of age.”
Filming the series—which includes Stassi’s husband, Beau Clark, and their friends Kristina Kelly, Taylor Strecker, Georgianna Aubin, Rob Evors, and Taylor Donohue (known as Teddy)—actually helped strengthen everyone’s relationships and friendships.
After all, it all comes down to the very nature of reality TV.
Stassi, now a mother of two, explained that open communication is essential. “You really have to share what’s on your mind—that’s what makes it work,” she said. “We were able to honestly and respectfully discuss everything, being open and vulnerable with each other.”

Katie, 40, is looking forward to the debut of House of Stassi and sharing her story. It’s been over a year since she left Vanderpump Rules, and she’s glad to be opening up about everything now.
She announced on Instagram on April 25th that she’s returning to TV, saying she’s ‘officially out of retirement’ and excited for her show, @houseofstassi, to premiere on @hulu and @freeform on July 29th.

The first season of Vanderpump Rules, which premiered in 2013, largely revolved around the fallout from Jax’s infidelity with Stassi in Las Vegas. Their relationship ended permanently after he later connected with Kristen Doute during the second season.

Stassi, who first appeared on Vanderpump Rules, started dating the casting executive in 2017 while still on the show. After being let go in 2020, she and Beau got married that September during the COVID-19 pandemic, and then welcomed their daughter, Hartford, in January 2021.
The couple officially married in Italy in May 2022 and had their second child, a son named Messer, in 2023.

Jax and Brittany started dating in 2015, after Jax ended his relationship with Stassi. Despite a difficult period where Jax was accused of infidelity with Faith Stowers, a fellow cast member, they eventually married in Brittany’s home state of Kentucky in 2019. Their wedding was featured in a special broadcast on Bravo soon after the event.
Jax and Brittany had their first child, a son named Cruz, in April 2021, about a year after leaving their TV show.
In February 2024, they sadly announced their separation, and Brittany moved out of their home. She officially started the divorce process in August of that year.

After Tom split from Kristen Doute, he started dating Ariana when she joined the show in 2013 during its third season. For nine years, they became one of the most stable couples on Vanderpump Rules, sharing life milestones like buying a home, adopting pets, and even co-authoring a cocktail book.
Fans were surprised and upset when news of a seven-month affair involving the co-owner of TomTom surfaced in March 2023, ultimately causing his split from Ariana.
Following the cheating scandal, Tom explained that a decline in emotional connection contributed to the breakdown of their relationship. He stated they were already separated when the news broke, but admitted he and Raquel shared their first kiss in August 2022, months before Ariana discovered the affair.

Just one month after Ariana ended things with Tom because he was unfaithful with Raquel, she was seen getting close with fitness trainer Daniel Wai. They were photographed kissing and cuddling at Coachella in April 2023.
They are still going strong over one year later.

After her divorce from Mike Shay in 2017, Scheana met Brock in San Diego through friends in 2019, and they immediately connected. They had a daughter, Summer Moon Honey, in April 2021 and later got married.
Scheana and Brock’s wedding in Cancún was featured on season 10 of VPR, but she later shared on the show that they had actually gotten legally married a year earlier, in secret, before the destination wedding.
In her 2025 memoir, My Good Side, Scheana revealed that her former partner, an Australian athlete, was unfaithful to her in 2020 while she was pregnant. She didn’t publicly disclose the affair until the fallout from the 2023 ‘Scandoval’ controversy.

After dating for six years, the couple finally married in August 2016. Their relationship, often filled with drama and documented on a Bravo TV show, faced years of ups and downs. Ultimately, Katie decided she’d had enough, and after a total of 12 years together, she filed for divorce from TomTom’s co-owner in March 2022.
Tom and Katie initially tried to stay friendly after their breakup, but that ended when Tom kissed Raquel in August 2022. During the tenth season of Vanderpump Rules, Katie began dating actor Satchel Clendenin, who is 26 years old, but they have since broken up.
Tom is also currently single.

Oh my god, James and Raquel… they were everything for five whole years! I was so sure they’d get married, they were even engaged! It was heartbreaking when they broke up in November 2021, and honestly, when Raquel finally talked about it, she said it was because James had such a temper. It just… it broke my heart for her, but also, I always kind of saw it too. He could be so intense.
During the “Vanderpump Rules” season nine reunion show in January 2022, James and Raquel admitted they had very little intimacy in the two years before they split up.

Okay, so back when I first joined the show in season 3, I actually dated Kristen Doute for a little while. It didn’t last, though – we went our separate ways in 2015. It was a short thing, but definitely a memorable part of my early days on the show!
In January 2022, just two months after ending his relationship with Raquel, James was seen with Ally Lewber. They publicly debuted their relationship on the red carpet the following month.
Ally first appeared on Vanderpump Rules at the start of season 10, and viewers later watched as she and her partner moved in together.
James and his partner experienced difficulties in December 2024 when he was arrested following a domestic incident with a woman whose name wasn’t released. The couple announced their split the following month, while James was still dealing with the legal issues stemming from the arrest, though no charges were ultimately filed.

Lala Kent and Randall Emmett ended their engagement in October 2021 following a three-year relationship. They share a daughter, Ocean, who was born in March 2021. Lala has suggested Randall’s infidelity contributed to the breakup, but he has denied any wrongdoing.
On season 10 of Vanderpump Rules, Lala shared that she hadn’t been intimate with anyone since her split, but she started dating again while on a girls’ trip to Lake Havasu, where she had a brief encounter with someone.
Lala is currently still single and mingling, as is Randall.

Following her relationship with Sandoval and a brief romance with Jax, Kristen dated Brian Carter intermittently during their time on the Bravo show. She then spent two years with Alex Menache before they broke up in June 2022.
I was so thrilled to hear Kristen found love again so quickly! It happened that same month, actually. She met Luke Broderick while we were all at a friend’s wedding – she was a bridesmaid and he was the groomsman. They just clicked, and they’ve been inseparable ever since! It’s really sweet seeing them together, and he’s even become a regular co-host on her podcast, Love, Sex and What Else Matters – they’re a fantastic team!
The pair announced their engagement in September 2024.

Kristina, a familiar face on the show since season two, and her partner Max Ville welcomed their first child, a baby boy named River, in March 2023. They’ve been a couple for more than 12 years.

After his divorce, Schwartz recently began a committed relationship with Sophia Skoro, who is 23 years old.
In March 2024, he confessed that he and the vintage clothing business owner are in love. He described her as one of the most amazing people he knows—funny, incredibly intelligent, and very successful.

Ariana Maloney recently shared that she’s found love again, two years after her split from Tom Schwartz. She’s currently in a committed relationship with someone she hasn’t publicly identified.
She said on her podcast, Disrespectfully, in October 2024 that he makes her feel amazing, and she thinks he’s a wonderful person. She simply stated she’s very happy.
