However, viewers in North America will have to wait a bit longer for these new episodes. At Anime Expo 2025, Netflix announced that The Fragrant Flower Blooms With Dignity will debut in North America starting on September 7th. The silver lining is that even with this delay, English dubbed versions of the new episodes will be accessible for viewing.

This delay may affect discussions around the show as it unfolds, given its current popularity alongside other Summer releases like “Rascal Does Not Dream of Santa Claus” and “My Dress-Up Darling” Season 2 from CloverWorks. However, there’s plenty to look forward to, as we’ll be able to join in the weekly releases come Fall!
What Is The Fragrant Flower Blooms With Dignity?
As an observer, I’m sharing that “The Fragrant Flower Blooms With Dignity,” initially penned by Saka Mikami for Kodansha’s Magazine Pocket, is now being directed by Miyuki Kuroki at studio CloverWorks. Rino Yamazaki is handling the scripting duties, Kohei Tokuoka is designing the characters, and Moeki Harada will be responsible for the music composition. The opening theme song is called “Manazashi wa Hikari,” sung by Tatsuya Kitani, while the ending theme song goes by “Hare no Hi ni” and is performed by UshioReira.
In the voiceover lineup, you’ll find Yoshinori Nakayama portraying Rintaro Tsumugi, Honoka Inoue playing Kaoroko Waguri, Kikunosuke Toya as Shohei Usami, Koki Uchiyama as Saku Natsusawa, Hiiro Ishibashi as Ayato Yorita, and Aya Yamane as Subaru Hoshina.
