Each new look at Echoes of Aincrad: Sword Art Online shows that the game is continuously improving its visual quality.
We were curious about the game after its first announcement and even wrote a preview based on it. However, that early version looked quite rough. The current version is a big improvement, with much more refined graphics and a user-friendly interface, which is definitely encouraging.
Although the new trailer is brief, it effectively showcases the action RPG‘s gameplay, blending combat and exploration.
If you haven’t heard, Echoes of Aincrad is a Sword Art Online game that’s really focused on skillful play. You’ll need to learn and use different defensive moves to succeed in its challenging, impactful battles.
The game also lets you create and play as a character of your own design, and it’s aiming for a more mature and serious storyline. We believe this fresh direction is exactly what the series needs to evolve and improve.
The PS5 version of Sword Art Online is still scheduled to launch on July 10th. We’re curious – are you still excited about it? Share your thoughts and discuss with others in the comments!
