Natalie LaClair, who goes by Octavia on TikTok, recently shared a shocking video. On October 23rd, she posted footage of her stalker unexpectedly proposing to her at her mother’s Tennessee home. He presented her with flowers and a ring, but the gesture felt unsettling – a 46-year-old man proposing to a woman in her 20s, especially given their history, was deeply disturbing.
