It’s often annoying in the age of streaming that beloved movie and TV franchises are split across different platforms. This is particularly true when a series changed studios mid-run, like with Friday the 13th. Finding a complete franchise with many installments all in one place is rare, but Peacock has now made it possible for fans to watch an entire, excellent franchise from beginning to end.
Peacock now has all the movies from the Rocky and Creed series available for streaming. That includes the original six Rocky films starring Sylvester Stallone, plus the three Creed movies featuring Michael B. Jordan.
All nine films in the Rocky and Creed series are now available on one streaming platform. This includes Rocky, Rocky II, Rocky III, Rocky IV, Rocky V, Rocky Balboa, Creed, Creed II, and Creed III. While fans will be thrilled, it’s noteworthy that the complete collection isn’t on Prime Video, even though Amazon MGM Studios – the studio behind the Creed movies – recently joined with Prime Video.
The 1976 film Rocky redefined the classic underdog story, launching Sylvester Stallone to stardom and creating a truly memorable character. Over the next three decades, six Rocky movies were made. Then, in 2015, the series took a fresh approach with Creed, starring Michael B. Jordan as the son of Apollo Creed, Rocky Balboa’s former opponent and friend. While Stallone appeared in supporting roles in the first two Creed films, he didn’t participate in Creed III.
