Karl Urban, known for his role in ‘The Boys,’ stars as a daring captain in ‘The Bluff,’ a new historical thriller from director Frank E. Flowers, who also directed ‘Bob Marley: One Love.’
The Bluff tells the story of Ercell “Bloody Mary” Bodden (Priyanka Chopra Jonas), a former pirate attempting to leave her dangerous life behind.
However, when her infamous ex-captain, Connor (Karl Urban), reappears, she’s forced to deal with painful memories she’s been trying to suppress.

Ismael Cruz Cordova, Vedanten Naidoo, and Safia Oakley-Green play members of Ercell’s family, and she’s very protective of them.
The movie takes place in the Cayman Islands, showcasing actual locations like the Skull Cave and impressive cliffs.

Fans won’t have to wait much longer to see Karl Urban back on screen – The Bluff arrives on Prime Video worldwide on February 25th.
For fans of The Boys, there’s good news too: season 5 will premiere on 8th April on Prime Video.
The first two episodes will drop at once, with the rest releasing weekly until 20th May.

The last season promises to be very moving, as the actors have been sharing their thoughts on their characters and how far they’ve come.
Eric Kripke, the creator of ‘The Boys,’ has revealed that season 5 will pick up several months after the events of the spin-off series ‘Gen V.’ He explained that the new season will show what’s happened in the time between the two shows, and how the resistance movement is progressing – though he hinted it hasn’t been going smoothly.
