The Celebrity Apprentice confirmed to return at Christmas – but one major figure is missing

Christmas TV is shaping up, and we now know the show ‘Celebrity Apprentice’ will be back with two special holiday episodes.

I’m so excited for the new episodes of The Apprentice! They’re coming out just before the show’s big 20th anniversary, and this season is extra special. The celebrities are heading to Lapland for a challenge that sounds incredibly tough, and the best part is, we’ll all get to see a bit of it too, as they’re collaborating with Children in Need. It’s going to be amazing!

Although the celebrity participants haven’t been officially announced, we can confirm that twelve well-known faces will be traveling to Lapland to make a special, festive biscuit.

The celebrity contestants will bake Christmas gingerbread biscuits and try to convince major UK retailers to sell them. This is a first for the show – the winning biscuits will actually be available to buy in supermarkets across the country just in time for Christmas, and a portion of the sales will go to BBC Children in Need.

If you’re hoping to find gingerbread treats this season, be sure to check the shelves at your local supermarket.

Things will be a little different this year during the festive episodes. Tim Campbell couldn’t film, so Mike Soutar will be joining Lord Sugar alongside Baroness Brady as his advisor.

Viewers of The Apprentice will know Soutar as one of the tough interviewers who carefully examines candidates’ CVs and business proposals to see if they’re right for Lord Sugar. Because of his direct and critical approach, he’s sure to bring a serious edge to the team’s activities in Lapland.

For special episodes, the celebrity contestants on the show visited Chickenshed Theatre Trust, a project supported by BBC Children in Need. They showed the children their commercials and let them sample their baked goods. The kids, being honest and direct, weren’t shy about sharing their opinions!

Chickenshed is one of many organizations supported by BBC Children in Need. The funding helps disabled children and those with extra needs participate in fun, confidence-building activities that also support their learning and open up new possibilities.

The Celebrity Apprentice: Christmas Specials will air on BBC One and iPlayer later this year. We’ll share the exact release date soon.

Paul Broadbent from Naked, the production company, announced special Christmas episodes of *The Celebrity Apprentice*. He said the episodes will be very entertaining, and the biscuits made and sold before they air will help raise money for BBC Children in Need – making it a great outcome for everyone involved.

The Apprentice has long been known as a tough competition that truly tests business skills and determination. Now, with a new group of famous contestants, we’re excited to see how they handle the stress and challenges.

When the episodes were announced, Kalpna Patel-Knight, who commissions entertainment programs for the BBC, explained that viewers can expect to see the celebrity contestants challenged to bake festive biscuits for BBC Children in Need. There will be plenty of holiday surprises, and ultimately, Lord Sugar will decide who succeeds and who faces elimination.

Tommy Nagra, from BBC Children in Need, explained they’re thrilled to be working with The Celebrity Apprentice for the first time. Because Christmas is about being kind and giving, it’s wonderful that the item created on the show will be sold in stores, and all the money raised will go to BBC Children in Need.

We can currently only support one out of every six organizations that request funding. That’s why every donation makes a real difference, helping us reach vulnerable children across the UK, especially during these difficult times.

We’ll find out who the celebrity contestants are soon, but anticipation can start now! For the first time, viewers will be able to participate in The Apprentice alongside the candidates.
