The series is kicking off a stylish 35th-anniversary celebration with a special approach from IDW Publishing.
IDW Entertainment has announced a special, limited-edition whiskey for fans of The Rocketeer. Called Rocketeer American Whiskey, it’s a coral-colored bourbon available only through Official Cellar. There are two types – hi-rye and wheated – each in a 750mL bottle with an alcohol content of 43% (86 proof). This release celebrates a 500-year milestone.
Okay, so IDW Entertainment is releasing some awesome Rocketeer whiskey! They’ve got a Wheated Bourbon for $65, and if you’re a big fan, you can snag a bottle signed by Billy Campbell – the guy who played Cliff Secord in the original movie – for $125. They’re also doing a Hi-Rye Bourbon for $55, and signed bottles of that one will run you $115. Definitely a cool collectible for any Rocketeer fans or whiskey lovers out there!
You can now buy Rocketeer American Whiskey – including their Hi-Rye Bourbon and Wheated Bourbon – on the Official Cellar website.
