It’s cloudy with a chance of…billboards of Al Roker in New Jersey.
Carson Daly, co-host of Today, shared that a billboard has been created to celebrate the popular weatherman in New Jersey.
Carson shared on the February 27th episode of Today that someone sent this in to them. It’s a real billboard they spotted in New Jersey on Route 17 the night before, and it simply says: ‘THINGS WE ALL AGREE ON: AL ROKER.’
I have to admit, I found the whole thing hilarious! Al showed us this sign – it’s just a black screen with white letters – and Craig and Hoda were laughing too, but honestly, none of us have any idea where it even came from. It’s a total mystery!
He said they were unsure what the item was or who installed it, adding with a slight smile that they were looking into the matter.
But when it came to the tribute, Al was humble as ever.
“I’ve never seen that,” he admitted. “But the second part of that is ‘…is a real jerk.'”
It’s particularly unusual because the 71-year-old doesn’t have any friends or family in the area, only a connection to a local restaurant. He fondly mentioned, “I always enjoy going to the Tick Tock diner near Route 3.”
Despite this, the family featured on Today understands that while they didn’t create the billboard, it isn’t inaccurate.
Carson acknowledged it was a positive gesture, explaining that the underlying message was good. He described the situation as chaotic, but noted being there felt like finding a peaceful center.
Meanwhile, Al quipped, “That tells you how bad things are!”
Even though the journalist often makes fun of himself, he remains a popular and appreciated part of the NBC show, both by his colleagues and viewers. When a blizzard struck New York City a few days earlier, he cheerfully shared how the show’s team turned the situation into an impromptu sleepover.
In a video posted to Instagram on February 22nd, Al said he was heading to work to prepare for a predicted blizzard in 2026. He noted it had been ten years since New York City last experienced a blizzard and explained he was going in early because the city was planning to close streets.
As he put it, “We’re going to have a little sleepover, all the folks at the Today show—it’ll be fun.”

Sheenelle Jones, cohost of the fourth hour of Today, has three children: her son Kayin, and twins Uche and Clara. She shares them with her late husband, Uche Ojeh, who sadly passed away in May 2025 after fighting brain cancer with incredible strength.
In a 2015 essay for Today, Sheinelle explained that she encourages her three children to support each other and act as a team. However, she’s also realized that each child needs to feel individually special and recognized for who they are.

In 2014, three years after marrying broadcaster Lindsay Czarniak, he became a father – a role he considers his most treasured.

I was so touched when I heard Melvin say on Today in May 2024 that a big reason he pushes himself so hard is for his kids – my favorite part was knowing it was for both me and his daughter. It really showed how much he cares!

Jenna Bush Hager, cohost of Today with Jenna & Sheinelle, and her husband, Henry Hager, have three children: Mila, Poppy, and Hal.
During a March 2025 appearance on a morning show, she explained that while three isn’t a perfect number in general, it feels right for her family’s size.

The former host marked another successful Halloween, sharing the fun with her daughter, Haley Joy.
She is also mom to daughter Hope Catherine.

But more recently, he became a proud “granddude” to three grandchildren: Henry, Samuel and James.
You know, when my son and daughter-in-law were expecting their first child, she actually asked us what we wanted to be called! It got me thinking, and I told her I wanted to be ‘Granddude.’ I loved that ‘Grand’ acknowledged I was becoming a grandfather – embracing the age thing – but adding ‘dude’ felt like a little nod to the fact that I still have some energy and fun left in me, you know? I wanted to be a cool grandpa!

In 2020, the news anchor and his wife, Siri Pinter, had their fourth child, Goldie. She joined their other children: Jackson, Etta, and London.

Hoda’s previous co-host, Cassidy Gifford, and her brother Cody Gifford, were raised by their late father, Frank Gifford. She is a devoted mother to them both.

The TV personality and her husband, Mike Feldman, have two children: Vale Guthrie Feldman and Charles “Charley” Max Feldman.

The anchor and his wife Deborah Roberts are parents to Leila Roker and Nicholas Albert Roker.

The host of Sunday Today, has been married to Christina Geist since 2003, and they have two children: George and Lucie Geist.
