
Tokyo Xtreme Racer, a staple of any PS2 library, will makes it long-awaited return to PlayStation.
Genki, a Japanese game studio, has announced that a revamped version of their popular game is coming to the PlayStation 5 eventually. While they haven’t given a firm release date, the game has been playable on PC in an early access version since January.
The last installment of this series released on consoles was *Tokyo Xtreme Racer 3* for PlayStation 2 back in 2003, meaning fans have waited 22 years for a new game.

Tokyo Xtreme Racer is a fast-paced racing game set in a futuristic, closed-off Tokyo. Players customize cars and compete on city highways to become the fastest racer. The game features realistic cars and tracks, challenging opponents, and intense, close-quarters racing.
