Although Avengers: Doomsday isn’t scheduled to be released until December 2026, Tom Hiddleston is already generating excitement among Marvel fans.
Tom Hiddleston, who plays Loki, hinted in a recent GQ interview that his characterās story isnāt over. He suggested Loki will continue pursuing the goal he established at the end of his Disney+ show last year.
In the series finale, Loki unexpectedly stepped up to safeguard the entire multiverse, becoming the unlikely force that kept all of reality from falling apart. This marked a huge change for his character, who was once known for causing trouble.
We won’t know precisely how Loki will be involved in the next Avengers movie, Doomsday, until December of next year, but Tom Hiddleston says it will be a truly epic film.

Chris Hemsworth’s recent statements follow the debut of the new Avengers: Doomsday trailer. In the trailer, his character, Thor, is shown praying to his father, Odin, for help in battle, hoping to be able to see his daughter, Love, again.
The short preview arrived just a week after Disney announced Chris Evans would reprise his role as Steve Rogers in the upcoming film, likely teaming up with Anthony Mackieās Captain America.
Tom Hiddleston will reprise his role as Loki in the upcoming superhero film, alongside returning favorites like Pedro Pascal as Mr. Fantastic, Simu Liu as Shang-Chi, Paul Rudd as Ant-Man, Vanessa Kirby as Invisible Woman, and a number of other well-known characters.
Avengers: Doomsday will be released on December 18th, 2026. Before that, the new Spider-Man movie, Brand New Day, will come out on July 31st.
Tom Hiddleston will reprise his role as Jonathan Pine when the new season of The Night Manager premieres on BBC One and BBC iPlayer on New Year’s Day.
