Survival horror game Total Chaos is now available on Xbox Series X/S and PC via the Microsoft Store, developer Trigger Happy Interactive and publisher Apogee Entertainment announced. A new trailer revealed during the recent Xbox Partner Showcase can be found below.
Although Total Chaos is available on PC through the Microsoft Store and supports Xbox Play Anywhere, it hasn’t been released on Steam yet. The Steam store page currently only indicates a release timeframe of sometime in the fourth quarter of 2025.
Total Chaos is a survival horror game created by Sam Prebble, who also made the fast-paced shooter Turbo Overkill. The game begins with you waking up on an island, specifically near a rundown, creepy fort called Fort Oasis. Your goal is to explore the fort and escape an approaching storm, but things quickly become much more dangerous.
Total Chaos features a lot of unsettling, dreamlike horror. Players explore the confusing, ever-changing Fort Oasis, all while searching for supplies to build weapons and defend themselves against the island’s terrifying creatures.
