Victoria Beckham Reveals New Title After David Beckham’s Knighthood

Victoria Beckham doesn’t come for free—she’s (officially) a real lady.

Following the knighthood awarded to her husband, David Beckham, by King Charles III last month – making him Sir David Beckham – Victoria Beckham has revealed she also received a new title.

On the December 15th episode of Watch What Happens Live, host Andy Cohen playfully asked Victoria Beckham if her husband’s knighthood meant she was now “Lady Victoria.” She simply replied, “I am Lady Beckham.”

Then, Andy, 57, playfully asked Victoria if she would respond to the nickname “Lady Posh,” referencing her famous persona as part of the Spice Girls.

“Listen, whatever you want,” she replied. “Anything for you.”

Oh my gosh, Victoria was SO cute reacting to being called ‘Lady Beckham’! It just suits her, doesn’t it? But David, being the playful one he is, had the sweetest response about how we should all address him now! It’s just… everything about them is perfect, and I’m living for this new chapter with Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz, and little Harper. They’re the cutest family ever!

After receiving his honor at Windsor Castle on November 4th, David, 50, told reporters he wasn’t pushing for anyone to use the title ‘Sir’ when addressing him. He said his children were welcome to call him ‘Sir Dad’ or ‘Sir Son’ if they wished, but he acknowledged it would take some time to get used to being called ‘Sir,’ adding that it was a great honor nonetheless.

Putting the jokes aside, David was genuinely touched to receive the award, which recognized his work in both sports and helping others.

He admitted he cried when he first learned the news, and likely for several months afterward. However, this week has been particularly emotional for him, especially being back in London and approaching this specific day. He wasn’t stressed or nervous, just deeply moved.
