The game will be available nationwide at the same time, meaning those in the central timezone can start playing at 11 PM on October 1st, and players on the west coast can begin at 9 PM local time.

Traditionally, video games came out on Tuesdays or Fridays. However, PlayStation has recently started releasing games on Thursdays, potentially causing you to lose sleep during the work week instead of at its end.

If you want to start playing right away, you can pre-load Ghost of Yotei on PlayStation 5 now. This means the entire game will be downloaded to your console before it’s released, so you can begin playing the moment it’s available.
