The newest trailer for the second part of the Where Winds Meet Hexi Expansion is both helpful and fun to watch. It showcases the elegant Heng Blade weapon and gives a good idea of how it changes the gameplay.
If you believe in taking the fight to your opponent, this game lets you aggressively defeat enemies with flair – but only if you master blocking and learn to use its diverse attacks. It’s heavily inspired by Sekiro, offering a unique combat experience with a lot of interesting moves.
The new Heng Blade looks promising for battles against several enemies and bosses coming in Chapter 2. The upcoming update will let players explore Liangzhou, a beautiful new region described as a vibrant frontier with snowy areas and plenty to discover. We plan to test the Heng Blade as soon as it’s released on April 2, 2026, and hope to master it in challenging fights.
Where Winds Meet is now available on PlayStation 5, as well as iOS, Android, and PC. You can find details about the second chapter of the Hexi Expansion – including new things to do, quests, bosses, and other content – here.
