I was hooked from the very beginning of the show last night! They revealed there’s a secret ‘Traitor’ hidden among the contestants, and the really cool part is nobody knows who it is – not even us watching at home! It’s such a clever twist.
Faraaz is one of the players assigned a role – either a loyal member of the group or the hidden Traitor. He intends to stay quiet, carefully watching the other players to get a sense of who can be trusted.

I just finished watching a contestant introduction, and let me tell you about Faraaz. He’s a 22-year-old auditor from Middlesbrough, and what really struck me is how level-headed he seems. He’s hoping to approach the game using logic rather than letting his emotions get the best of him, which could be a really interesting strategy. He clearly wants to keep a cool head and make smart plays.
“Being a fan, I really just wanted to have this experience and just see what it’s like,” he said.
I’m friendly and outgoing, and I’m really excited to meet new people.
Why did Faraaz apply for The Traitors?
I was so excited when I found out Faraaz was on The Traitors! He’s a massive fan, just like me – he’s been hooked since the very first season, and so many of us contestants have been watching from the start.
He said he was excited about the opportunity and really wanted to fully experience it.
