Why Brooks Nader Isn’t Getting Cosmetic Procedures “for Quite a While”

Brooks Nader won’t be making a splash in her plastic surgeon’s office anytime soon.

The Sports Illustrated model, who has previously discussed her cosmetic procedures, has stated she doesn’t plan to get any further treatments.

She explained that she wasn’t pursuing any cosmetic procedures, like Botox, for the foreseeable future. Instead, she was focusing on fitness and her ocean conservation work.

Regarding what the influencer—who gained attention after being cast in the upcoming FOX revival of Baywatch—chooses to share with the public…

It depends on the circumstances,” she said. “If I’ve had a drink or two, my answer might be different if you asked me the same thing.”

Brooks recently discussed both her evolving skincare and wellness habits – including past procedures like liposuction and the use of GLP-1 medications – and her decision to change careers.

After all, Baywatch will mark the 29-year-old’s first major acting role.

Brooks shared that starting a new job is always a bit uncertain, but as filming progressed and they settled in, they became convinced the show would be a classic. They also expressed gratitude to be involved in a series that connects with audiences worldwide, and feel very optimistic about its success.

“I feel amazing,” she added, “and I feel like this was my destiny all along.”

Okay, let’s be real. For years, I avoided talking about this, but I wanted to share something personal with you all. On my podcast recently, I finally admitted I do get a little help when it comes to skincare. I’m talking Botox, fillers, and laser treatments – things that help keep my skin feeling and looking its best. Honestly, I’m not fixated on age itself, but I definitely prefer not looking older than I feel! It’s about feeling confident and good in my own skin, and these little tweaks help me do that.

Okay, so I finally got the details on what work I’ve had done! I shared it on Instagram back in July 2024. Basically, I get a little Botox – specifically, 11 units, around my outer brows, and in my neck. I actually had a procedure called Ellevate on my neck way back in 2019 with @theneckdoctor, and I’ve only had a tiny bit of lip filler because my face is pretty small. I did get a little filler in my chin, but that’s it! Absolutely no filler anywhere else, and I definitely haven’t had any eyelid surgery yet. I wanted to be upfront about it all, and I’ll be sure to share if I decide to get anything else done in the future!
