Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds, SEGA’s fun and vibrant kart racing game, is launching next week! You can try it out early with a demo that’s available now.
This free demo is currently available only on PS5, though the complete game will also be released on PS4. It lets you explore the single-player experience, and a great feature is that any progress you make in the demo can be transferred to the full game when you purchase it.
So, what does it contain? The demo features the following:
- Four playable characters (Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy)
- Eight courses (three main tracks and five CrossWorlds)
- 12 vehicles
- 20 Gadgets
- Grand Prix, Time Trial, and Garage (vehicle customisation) modes
This demo gives you a good feel for the complete game, and if you’re thinking of buying it when it comes out on September 25th, it’s definitely worth trying because you can continue your progress in the full version.
The only thing that doesn’t transfer over to the final game is your Time Trial leaderboard data.
Are you planning to try out the Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds demo, or would you rather wait for the complete game? Let us know your thoughts in the comments!
