Zack Snyder recently released a new photo of Jared Leto as the Joker, from when Leto played the character in Snyder’s DC movies.
What’s the new photo of Jared Leto’s Joker show?
A new photo posted on Snyder’s Instagram shows Jared Leto as he appeared in Zack Snyder’s Justice League. He has long hair and is wearing a Gotham City Police S.W.A.T. vest, and he’s holding a gun.
Okay, so Jared Leto’s Joker had a really quick cameo in Justice League. It was during that crazy Knightmare sequence, and it was the only scene where you see him and Ben Affleck’s Batman together in the whole DCEU. It’s a super brief interaction, but Leto’s character definitely implies he had something to do with Robin’s death before they even really talk.

Zack Snyder has been posting photos from his previous and future projects on Instagram since joining the platform a month ago. Recently, he shared a new photo alongside other images from his work, including several exclusive looks at Henry Cavill as Superman.
Beyond his work with DC films, Zack Snyder is continuing to direct other projects. A first look has been released for his upcoming movie, The Last Photograph, which appears to be a fast-paced and intense drama. Snyder has described it as a project he’s been wanting to make for a long time. He’s directing from a script by Kurt Johnstad, a frequent collaborator, having previously worked together on 300 and the Rebel Moon films. Snyder also contributed to the story’s creation.
The story follows a man who hires a former war photographer – a troubled and discredited figure – who is the only person to have seen the faces of the criminals. Determined to find missing children and uncover the truth, he embarks on a journey that forces him to confront his own painful history. As they venture deeper into uncharted territory, moving further from society, their beliefs are challenged, and the line between reality and illusion begins to blur.
