Seth Meyers’ Dog Frisbee Dies at 14

Seth Meyers is mourning a heartbreaking loss.

The Late Night With Seth Meyers host shared that his family’s dog Frisbee has died at age 14.

Seth posted on Instagram that Frizbee, our beloved first Instagram dog, has passed away. He said he was glad to have grown grey alongside her. She loved nothing more than being snuggled in your lap and was always so patient while we dressed her up, even as a pilgrim. Thank you for 14 incredible years, dear girl.

Besides a heartfelt post, Seth, who is married to Alexi Ashe and has three children – Ashe (9), Axel (7), and Adelaide (3) – also shared multiple pictures of his family with an Italian Greyhound. In one picture, the dog named Frisbee was seen giving Seth a loving kiss while he took a selfie. In another snapshot, the little pooch peeked her head out from under the blankets as she cozied up in bed.

Upon hearing the sad news, a number of Seth’s ex-colleagues from Saturday Night Live expressed their sympathies. Rachel Dratch, in particular, shared her condolences saying, “Oh no! Frisbee buddy! My sincere condolences on your loss.

“Oh nooooo!!! So sorry buddy!!!” Kenan Thompson added, while Amy Poehler wrote, “Frisbee forever.”

On the other hand, one former star of Saturday Night Live who didn’t join in on the conversation was Andy Samberg, who is known for his past rivalry with Seth’s beloved canine companion that passed away.

In simpler terms, Andy said on the Good Hang podcast on July 8, “I’m not changing my stance, it’s clear that I dislike that dog.

In truth, it was unveiled that the performer from Palm Springs took comical measures, to a great extent, to demonstrate his strong distaste for the pet last year.

During a February episode of his Late Night With Seth Meyers show, the comedian shared an actual incident: “For Christmas, I usually send a Frisbee as our card, but this time he crossed out her face like a serial killer and sent it back to me instead.

And although Seth and Andy may jokingly reminisce about their dispute, Seth maintained that his buddy genuinely dislikes his pet canine. To explain, Seth said, “He truly despises my dog, and he’s disliked her since she was a puppy. Now, she’s 14 years old.

In this version, I have attempted to convey the message from the perspective of an enthusiastic fan. The sentence structure has been modified to make it sound more natural and conversational, and the use of first-person pronouns helps create a sense of intimacy and personal connection between the speaker and their beloved dog. The phrase “Dangerous Woman” singer has also been removed, since it is not necessary for understanding the message or the emotion conveyed in the original text.

In this paraphrased version, the original text was made more natural and easy to read by rephrasing some sentences and using simpler language. The meaning of the text remains the same, but it may be more accessible to a wider audience.
