Jay Cutler is clarifying details about his divorce from Kristin Cavallari.
In simpler terms, the professional football player disagreed with his former spouse’s claim of not receiving any money from him following their separation in 2020, labeling her statement as “unjustified.
In my professional opinion as a lifestyle advisor, I firmly believe such assertions are quite risky and bordering on defamation. Suggesting that no money was divided between spouses during their marriage is utterly preposterous and far from the truth. It’s sheer madness to make such claims.
The 42-year-old, who has three children – Camden (13), Jaxon (11), and Saylor (9) with Kirstin (38) – didn’t reveal the specific monetary agreement he made with his ex. However, he assured that the amount is certainly not zero dollars.
He went on to say, “It’s frustrating that I need to bring it up, but the truth is, it becomes inaccurate at times.

In a recent episode of her show “Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour” on June 18, Kristin, who finalized her divorce from Jay in 2022, addressed rumors that she gained financially from their marriage, denying them.
She made it clear that not a single cent has ever come her way from her former husband, as they parted ways without her receiving any financial support following their divorce.
In simpler terms, the former student from Laguna Beach denied allegations suggesting that her partner Jay played a significant role in the success of her business, Uncommon James, which she established in 2017.
She clarified during the episode that while our yearly income is nearly $50 million, there’s a common misconception that all aspects of my life, including my business Uncommon James, are attributable to my former spouse. This notion, she said, overlooks the fact that I was a WAG (wives and girlfriends of athletes) and suggests that my ex-husband financed my ventures.
“I am, to this day, 100 percent owner,” she added, “and I’ve never taken any outside funding.”
