Kaitlyn Bristowe is asking for prayers.
Previously on “The Bachelorette,” one of its participants announced tragically that her stepfather, whom we know as Rob, has been given a stage 4 cancer diagnosis.
Approximately eight months ago, Kaitlyn shared on Instagram that she had asked everyone to pray for her stepfather, Rob. She didn’t explain the reason at the time, but it was because he had been diagnosed with cancer and was scheduled for a surgery to remove it, as illustrated by several photos of them enjoying quality time together.
During the initial procedure, a 40-year-old individual was informed that the doctors had successfully removed all the cancer found then. However, in subsequent examinations (a follow-up scan), it was unfortunately discovered that the cancer had spread to his stomach.
Currently, he’s fighting a terminal stage 4 cancer, which has left us all heartbroken. Yet, I have faith in his resilience as a tenacious fighter with an unwavering zest for life. I believe he’ll surpass the medical prognosis. His journey is being strengthened by our collective prayers, belief in manifestation, and overflowing love. So, let’s all channel our prayers, faith, and affection towards him.
Later, the celebrity took some time to ponder over the lovely days she spent with her parents at their lakeside retreat.
She shared that he’s incredibly important to her and their combined family. She found the recent days spent together playing cards, enjoying homemade meals, and expressing their deep appreciation for their familial bond to be truly memorable. Time with each other is something she treasures dearly.
After a significant period of time, Kaitlyn responded to numerous messages of encouragement – among them heartfelt words from former contestant Mikey Planeta (from The Bachelorette), Elena Davies (Big Brother) and Katie Malone (Vanderpump Rules), along with many others – on her Instagram Stories.
She’s trying not to tear up as often on social media, but she’s laughing out loud (LOL)… However, she’s on her third flight back to Nashville, crying over the affection shown. Thank you so much! I’m sharing all these messages with mom and Rob, and it feels like hope can truly travel this far!
Accompanying an in-flight video, she commented, “Appreciating small wonders such as the moon, and those fellow Earth dwellers who seize their second chance to impact lives, bit by bit, each passing day.
