Lauren Sánchez Bezos is ready for her closeup. 

Previously known as Good Day L.A.’s anchor, she graced the red carpet for the initial time since her wedding with Jeff Bezos in June. She was present at the Kering Foundation’s fourth annual dinner for women’s welfare, which took place in New York City on September 11.

For the evening, Lauren gracefully attended alone, showcasing an elegant silhouette in a striking, two-tone yellow and black gown with a strapless design, featuring draping on the bodice and a flared hemline. The 55-year-old elegantly adorned herself with a magnificent diamond necklace and earrings to complement her appearance. On this special occasion, she let her hair cascade around her shoulders, beaming for cameras on the red carpet.

Even though her husband Jeff couldn’t make it for the event, friends such as Brooks Nader are still raving about them, praising the couple and reminiscing about their beautiful June wedding in Venice.

Lauren Sanchez Bezos gave birth to son Nikko Gonzalez alongside her former partner Tony Gonzalez on February 12, 2001.

During that period, Tony had the distinction of being a key player for the Kansas City Chiefs, spending 12 seasons there. Afterward, he concluded his professional football career with the Atlanta Falcons and retired in the year 2013.

Initially, he was a football analyst, but he and Lauren parted ways when their child, Nikko, was quite young. Over time, however, they became amicable co-parents.

In a conversation with the Wall Street Journal in 2023, Lauren shared that it had been approximately five years since they all celebrated Thanksgiving together. Every morning, instead of letting my teenager navigate their commute alone, I cherished the moments spent driving them to school.
