Kim Kardashian Warned Kanye West About “Burning Bridges” in Phone Call

Kim Kardashian once issued a stark warning to then-husband Kanye West.

The new documentary, *In Whose Mind?*, now available, shows previously unseen footage of Kanye West over six years. It includes a difficult conversation he had with Kim Kardashian in 2018, where they discussed how others viewed him and his behavior.

“I just can’t sleep. I’ve been crying all day,” Kim told Kanye in 2018, as reported by *People*. “It feels like a nightmare I can’t wake up from.”

Despite Kim’s worries, Kanye-who has recently faced criticism for his social media activity and political views-didn’t seem concerned. He stated, “I’m not interested in the music industry or my career. It feels like I’m being exploited.”

The Kardashian star then advised her husband against thinking that way, explaining, “Just because you work hard at your job doesn’t mean you’re a slave.”

In a documentary clip seen by TopMob News, Kim explained she doesn’t want to damage relationships with businesses, saying, “You never know when you might need them in the future.”

Kanye reacted angrily to a comment made about his wife, whom he separated from in 2021, exclaiming, “No! Never tell me I’m going to lose everything. Don’t even suggest that possibility!”

TopMob News has reached out to Kim’s reps for comment and has not heard back.
