Let’s take a look at the new Xbox games coming out soon! This list covers releases scheduled between September 22, 2025, and September 26, 2026.
Xbox Series X|S has a lot of new games on the way, including both updated classics like Pac-Man World 2 Re-Pac and brand new indie games such as Sworn, a cooperative action game for up to four players.
I’m really excited about a few of the upcoming Xbox games. Silent Hill f, Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds, and the new EA Sports FC 26 look like they’ll be major standouts.
EA Sports FC 26 is the newest installment in the popular football video game series, featuring updated gameplay, enhancements to the Career mode, and other improvements.
Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds is the newest game in the Sonic Racing lineup. It features Sonic the Hedgehog and his friends competing in fast-paced races against characters from other popular SEGA games, such as Persona and Like a Dragon. These races take place across different dimensions and worlds.
Finally, we have Silent Hill f, the newest installment in Konami’s famous Silent Hill horror series.
In 1960s Japan, young Hinako Shimizu faces a terrifying ordeal when her town, Ebisugaoka, is shrouded in a strange fog and overrun by monstrous creatures intent on killing her.
Shimizu now has to journey through a twisted version of her home, searching for a way to restore it. Along the way, she’ll uncover disturbing secrets that will deeply affect her.

Here’s a look at the next wave of Xbox games coming in late September 2026. I’m especially excited about adding Silent Hill f to my list of games to play, as the Silent Hill series has made a fantastic return with the impressive Silent Hill 2 remake from Bloober Team, who also created the excellent game, Cronos: The New Dawn.
