Miley Cyrus knows life’s a climb.
As part of growing up, the former star of *Hannah Montana* might eventually trade her Hollywood lifestyle for a more peaceful one.
Miley Cyrus shared in a recent interview with *CR Fashion Book* that she didn’t start questioning her life path until she was in her late 20s and early 30s, asking herself, ‘Am I still happy with this?’ So far, she’s content, but she’s open to changing direction if that ever changes.
Indeed, the 32-year-old has spent most of her life under a microscope.
You know, I was lying in bed the other night and had a real ‘aha’ moment. It hit me that I basically chose my path when I was just eleven years old, and I’ve been on it ever since! I made a commitment back then, a really deep one, and honestly, I’ve never once stopped to question if it was the right one or considered anything else. It’s just… been my life!
Miley Cyrus is still dedicated to her work right now, but she’s okay with the possibility of wanting to take a break someday.
You know, as someone who thinks a lot about life and what truly makes us happy, I’ve realized things change. I might reach a point where my passions shift, and what excites me today doesn’t hold the same appeal later on. And honestly? That’s perfectly alright. It’s natural to evolve, and it’s important to embrace those changes when they come. I think it’s healthy to acknowledge that even the things we love intensely now might not always feel the same way, and that’s okay too.
One thing she is sure of right now? Not wanting to go on tour.
She said in an interview on *Good Morning America* on July 15th that while she’s physically capable and has the chance to tour, she simply doesn’t have the motivation to do so.

She added, “I also don’t think that there’s an infrastructure that supports artists.”
And at 32, she now has a better sense of what’s best for her.
You know, staying sober while traveling is a real challenge. Being on the road disrupts my routines, and those routines are honestly a huge part of what keeps me grounded and mentally healthy. It’s tough to prioritize wellness when your life feels so uprooted!

During an interview with Mark Wright on Heart radio, Miley Cyrus was asked if she’d prefer to kiss Dua Lipa or Cardi B. She jokingly pointed out that she’s already kissed Dua Lipa – they shared a kiss for their collaboration on the song “Prisoners.”
Okay, so Miley just *said* she may have kissed Dua Lipa! Can you believe it?! And then she went on to say she’s all about trying new things and… she *would* kiss Cardi B! Like, seriously, she’d totally go there! I’m dying! It’s amazing she’s so open and experimental, and honestly, I’m living for it. Dua and Cardi? Iconic! I need more details, immediately!

She’s a big fan of the band One Direction! When asked if she’d prefer to kiss Justin Bieber or Harry Styles, she chose Styles, saying, “Harry Styles! He looks really good right now.”
She explained that they have a lot in common, and shared, “It feels natural to build a life together and even share things like a closet.”

She told Alexandra Cooper on the *Call Her Daddy* podcast in August 2020 that she was interested in girls long before she was interested in boys. She recalled being eleven years old and having a crush on Minnie Mouse, joking that landing a role at Disney significantly improved her chances with the character.
I was really attracted to her,” Cyrus explained. “I’ve always found female characters in movies much more appealing than the male ones. I honestly never understood why these women would choose to be with such foolish guys.”

In a December 2020 interview with Howard Stern, the performer spoke honestly about how not being sober negatively impacted her life. She explained, “It seriously affects my relationships. I struggle to be a good partner, daughter, or sister, and I can be unreliable. If we define a problem not by *how much* someone drinks, but by how well they function as a person, then alcohol is a problem for me because it prevents me from being my best.”

In a 2017 interview with *Cosmopolitan*, Cyrus reflected on her parents’ marriage and shared a valuable lesson: people and relationships are always changing. She emphasized the importance of growing together, adapting to each other, and cherishing the evolution of love.

During a December 2018 interview with Howard Stern, Miley Cyrus jokingly said that Liam Hemsworth was rewarded for his efforts rescuing animals during the California wildfires. When Stern asked about maintaining intimacy while apart, Cyrus replied, “That’s what FaceTime’s for,” and playfully described it as “cybersex.”

Miley Cyrus celebrated her husband Liam Hemsworth’s 29th birthday with a heartfelt love letter, sharing all the little things she adores about him. She wrote about enjoying simple moments together, like taking turns, going on aimless drives, and listening to him as she experiments with music. She also loves his quiet habits, like mumbling while reading, his constant growth as a person, and how he inspires her songwriting. Most of all, she appreciates that he allows her to be herself.
Let’s face this difficult time together and spread love and happiness. Thank you for bringing so much joy into my life,” Cyrus finished, signing off as “M.”

After seeing a meme joking about the rarity of a man possessing qualities like sexual skill, empathy, being over 5’9″ tall, faithfulness, and common sense, Cyrus responded optimistically, saying, “Mine does! Don’t give up hope!”

In February 2019, while her husband, Liam Hemsworth, was dealing with kidney stones, Miley Cyrus supported him by attending the premiere of his movie, *Isn’t It Romantic*. She shared with her fans on social media how proud she was, writing that he’s the funniest person she knows and she feels lucky to experience his humor every day.
Miley Cyrus shared a photo of herself with a movie poster featuring Liam Hemsworth playing the saxophone. She wrote a playful message saying she’s not feeling well, but jokingly claimed she’s even ‘sicker’ than her illness. She wished him a speedy recovery, expressing her love and playfully encouraging him to play the saxophone.

As a lifestyle expert, I often get questions about my personal life, and honestly, it’s a little baffling to me too! People seem surprised that I’m married, but my relationship is really one-of-a-kind. It’s so different and modern that I’m not sure the public would truly *understand* it, and I’m hesitant to share something so complex. Honestly, the idea of me being a traditional housewife? That’s just not my vibe! I’m not spending my evenings in an apron cooking dinner, and that’s perfectly okay.
I’m currently in a relationship with a man, but I’m still sexually attracted to women. It’s like becoming vegetarian for health reasons – you still might crave something you’ve given up, and that’s okay. I consciously chose my partner; they’re the person I trust and rely on the most. I also don’t feel like I fit the traditional idea of a wife, and I actually dislike that label.

I went through a phase where I was very focused on feminist ideals and unintentionally pushed people away, but I’ve changed my perspective now,” the singer explained during an Instagram Live with Cody Simpson, a couple of months after her breakup with Liam Hemsworth. “There are genuinely good men out there, and it’s okay to be with one. You don’t have to feel pressured to identify as anything other than what you are. There are kind and respectful men, you just need to find one who treats you well.”
She explained that she used to believe she was only attracted to women because she had a negative view of men, thinking they were all bad. However, she realized that’s not true, and there are good men out there. She’s actually only met one she likes, and he’s currently on this livestream.
