Stellar Blade will get new missions as part of a game update (version 1.014) coming to PlayStation 5 on September 24, 2025, and to PC on September 30, 2025, developer Shift Up announced.
Beyond fixing problems and glitches, a new free update introduces quests available through Xion’s Bulletin Board. Completing these quests will reward players with the Ocean String Nano Suit costume for EVE. The developers at Shift Up have also hinted at more free updates for *Stellar Blade*, but haven’t shared details on timing or content yet.
I’m so excited about the new *Stellar Blade* update! Not only did we get a cool new quest, but they also added a bunch of awesome new music! It’s all remixes of songs we already know from the game. You can unlock them by going to The Last Gulp in Xion – you’ll get something called “A Thank You Gift from Enya” which gives you six new tracks to listen to while you play. It’s a really nice touch!

As a big fan of *Stellar Blade*, I’ve been really impressed with how much support it’s gotten! They’ve already released a bunch of free updates – things like a Photo Mode, cool new outfits for Eve, and even a challenging boss rush mode. And if you wanted even more, they’ve also had some awesome premium DLC, including crossovers with games like *NieR: Automata* and Shift Up’s other game, *Goddess of Victory: NIKKE*. It’s great to see them adding so much content!
Shift Up has announced that *Stellar Blade* will be discounted on PC starting September 24, 2025. For a limited time, the game will be 20% off on both Steam and the Epic Games Store.
