1. Cain Dingle self-destructs after mysterious search for John Sugden

Moira Dingle is having a hard time coping with Cain being gone. When he finally returns from France, where he was looking for John, he’s determined to sabotage his own life.

Drinking to excess, Cain is evasive when Moira questions him over John.

Moira gently tries to remind Cain about his duties and that it’s Zak Dingle’s anniversary, but he doesn’t seem to be responding or improving.

Sam and Belle Dingle are worried about their brother, Cain, and whether he’ll attend Zak’s anniversary. They come together to discuss their father and express their concerns for Cain.

But has Cain found John and avenged Nate’s (Jurell Carter) murder?

2. Robert Sugden struggles over Kev Townsend secret as Aaron Dingle suggests a fresh start

Aaron informed Robert that he’s returning to the apartment and asked if Robert would be willing to spend the first night with him.

Robert agrees, but Victoria Sugden points out that he needs to inform Aaron about his marriage to Kev.

Aaron is worried about the upcoming move, and Robert feels bad about it. He secretly hangs up on a call from Kev when Aaron mentions trying to begin again.

As things move forward between Aaron and Robert, he knows he needs to come clean.

But as Kev shares big news, will Robert tell Aaron everything?

3. Dawn Fletcher feels guilty over Carl King Junior as Clemmie Reed makes an admission

Carl has confessed to sharing a photo of Clemmie after being accused of sending an inappropriate image of a child.

Even though Nicola King claims he’s changed, the police aren’t dismissing the situation and are investigating it thoroughly.

Clemmie tells Dawn why she sent the photo to Carl, leaving Dawn wracked with guilt.

What has Clemmie said?

Dawn attempts to talk to Nicola, hoping to connect as mothers, but Nicola gets defensive and they start arguing.

Laurel tries to comfort Nicola, but as the latter spirals, Laurel makes an admission.

Dawn is upset that the school isn’t helping her, and things get even more complicated when Joe Tate offers a solution that creates new problems.

Nicola and Laurel have promised to team up and keep their kids safe online, and Dawn is equally dedicated to protecting Clemmie, both in the real world and online.

Dawn reveals to Joe that she was forced into sex work and developed a drug addiction, and she sees similarities between her past experiences and the challenges April is currently facing.

4. April Windsor is left terrified over sexual exploitation twist

Paddy Dingle is happy Dylan passed his driving test, but Dylan is aware that Ray is nearby and likely overhearing their conversation.

Ray reminds Dylan the crash course was expensive so he’ll need to work extra hard to pay it off.

Dylan inquires with Jai Sharma about a driving position at the depot. Jai agrees to let him do a trial run to Hull.

Ray informs Celia Daniels that Dylan will be their driver. Celia also encourages April to work more efficiently.

Ray pressures Dylan into taking a delivery for him on the Hull trip, leaving April anxious.

Dylan’s concerned about making the operation work, especially when he finds out Billy Fletcher will be the one driving and Dylan will only be riding along.

April is worried about being sent to Liverpool, but Ray threatens to sell her debt if she doesn’t accept the job.

Knowing she owes money, April steals jewelry from Rhona Goskirk right as Rhona enters the room.

April didn’t get the job with Liverpool, but Ray offered her another assignment. He took her to a hotel, gave her cocaine to deliver to an important client, and encouraged her to drink.

April is nervous as the client, a man called Tim, accepts the cocaine but offers her vodka.

As April is trapped in a bedroom with Tim, but will anyone come to her rescue?

5. Liam Cavanagh receives his test results for Prostate cancer

Liam has received the results of his prostate tests and is getting ready to open them with his fiancée, Chas Dingle, at his side.
