Fresh, Fearless Offense and an All-new Legend Await!
Muay Thai master Joe Higashi first appeared in the original *Fatal Fury* game in 1991, alongside Terry and Andy Bogard, and quickly became a central figure in the series. After a 26-year absence from the game’s character lineup (last appearing in 1999’s *Fatal Fury: Wild Ambition*), Joe is back! Get ready for the “Summoner of Storms” to fight his way through South Town once again in *Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves*!
Joe Higashi (voiced by Kevin Andrew Rivera in English, Kouzou Mito in Japanese)
Joe Higashi is a legendary Muay Thai fighter known for his incredibly powerful kicks. He’s so dominant that no other kickboxer can even touch him, so he’s taking on a new challenge: a movie about his life! The documentary, directed by Cheng Sinzan, is being filmed in South Town, and Joe hopes to give one of his top students, Preecha – who has been winning tournaments recently – a small role in the film.
New Stories in Arcade Mode and Episodes of South Town
- Arcade Mode – Joe and legacy character Cheng Sinzan set out to film a major motion picture, The Legend of Joe, based on the Muay Thai master’s eventful life.
- Episodes of South Town – Joe’s single-player RPG adventure sees him romp through the city while reminiscing about how he met star pupil Preecha.
You can now play *Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves* on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, and PC through Steam and the Epic Games Store.
