Terry Gilliam, best known for his animation work on the classic comedy series Monty Python, began directing feature films in 1977 with ‘Jabberwocky.’ However, many fans consider ‘Time Bandits’ to be his most cherished movie.
The movie starred Sean Connery and told the story of a young boy who unexpectedly teams up with a group of time-traveling dwarves. Together, they journey through different periods in history, searching for treasure to steal.
We had a long conversation with the film’s visual effects artist, discussing all parts of the movie. We even talked about the deleted scenes from Time Bandits, which no one has ever seen.
