The latest installment in the Jurassic World series, titled Jurassic World Rebirth, has made a massive impact at box offices worldwide. As a standalone sequel and the seventh film in the dinosaur franchise, it was released just three years following Jurassic World Dominion, which brought together the original characters from Jurassic Park with the principal cast of the first three World films.
According to Variety, it’s predicted that the movie “Jurassic World Rebirth” will conclude its opening weekend with a global total of approximately $318 million. In the United States alone, the film is expected to have earned $147 million during its first 5 days. From 82 international markets, it has brought in an additional $171 million.
In just a few days, “Jurassic World Reborn” has quickly risen through the ranks to secure the ninth spot among the top-earning films of 2025 globally, with only “Sinners”, “Thunderbolts”, “Captain America: Brave New World”, “How to Train Your Dragon”, “Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning”, “Lilo & Stitch”, “A Minecraft Movie”, and “Ne Zha 2” ahead of it.
The box office earnings it has amassed have gone beyond numerous blockbuster films from the first half of the year, such as “Final Destination 5” (284.3 million), “F1: The Movie” ($293.6 million), and “Dog Man” ($145.5 million).
