As a big fan of Football Manager, I was excited about SEGA Football Club Champions 2025, but it looks like we’ll have to wait a bit longer! SEGA just announced they’re pushing the release back to early 2026 and have renamed it SEGA Football Club Champions 2026. The good news is it’s still coming to all the platforms I was hoping for – PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, PC via Steam, and both iOS and Android.
So, SEGA told us the game’s getting pushed back a bit, and honestly, I’m okay with that! They said they got a ton of helpful feedback from the beta test last month, and they want to use the extra time to really polish things up and even add some cool new features. It’s great to see they’re listening to players and want to make the game the best it can be!
We’ll be sharing the latest details, including a confirmed release date, in a live stream on the SEGA Football Club Champions YouTube channel this November. We’ll let you know the exact date of the stream soon.
